中交房地产科技生态系统配置研究

Research on Allocation of S&T Ecosystem of CCCG Real Estate

科技生态住宅是指通过一系列的技术保障,构建健康、舒适、节能、智慧的高品质住宅。本文简述了科技住宅发展历程,引出中交房地产推进科技住宅的必要性,并对比分析国内典型绿色地产商科技住宅的配置标准,结合用户对生活品质日益增长的需求以及成本控制,以A+档、A档为例,对中交房地产科技生态系统进行适配。

S&T ecological housing refers to healthy,comfortable,energy-saving,intelligent and high-quality housing supported by a series of technologies.Firstly,this paper introduces the development process of S&T housing,describes the necessity of CCCG Real Estate to promote the S&T housing.Then,the configuration standards of the S&T housing of typical domestic green real estate developers are compared and analyzed.Combining users'increasing demand for life quality and cost control,S&T ecosystem of CCCG Real Estate is adapted by taking A+type and A type as examples.
