防疫期间中国不同城市典型住区运行管理实践

Operation and management practices of typical residential areas in different cities in China during epidemic prevention

当前全世界范围内的新冠肺炎疫情正处于关键防控时期,住区的安全和健康性能受到越来越多的关注。本文从工作实践出发,选取了位于中国不同城市(武汉市、北京市、上海市)的三个典型住区案例,以武汉市典型住区为重点研究对象阐述了防疫期间其有针对性的运行管理措施,并与北京市、上海市两个典型住区进行了对比分析。以防疫运行管理经验为基础,提出了健康住区建设理念,并构建了涵盖健康空间、健康设施、健康服务三个维度的健康住区体系。本文可为加强住区防疫和建设健康住区提供一定参考。

Since nowadays the Covid-19 outbreak in the world is in the critical prevention and control stage,the safety and health performance of residential areas is attracting more and more attention.Starting from work practice,this paper selects three typical residential areas located in different cities in China(Wuhan,Beijing and Shanghai),expounds the targeted operation and management measures for the residential areas in Wuhan during epidemic prevention,and makes comparative analysis with two other residential areas in Beijing and Shanghai.Based on the experience of epidemic prevention,the concept of healthy community is put forward,and a healthy community system is constructed with three dimensions of healthy space,health facilities and health services,which could provide reference for strengthening epidemic prevention and building healthy communities.
