海南省FDI技术溢出的经济增长效应研究

Research on the Economic Growth Effect of FDI Technology Spillover in Hainan Province

海南自由贸易港政策的逐步实施,海南省FDI在规模和涉及行业两方面都将迎来新的增长。海南省外资利用的效率和效应是衡量自由贸易港建设成果的指标。外资利用的效率和效应,除了对经济增长的规模、速度上的静态影响,更重要的是FDI的技术溢出效应对经济增长的质量和可持续性的动态影响。研究海南省FDI技术溢出对经济增长的边际效应、产业内的差异效应,并通过行业间FDI技术溢出效应排序,对海南省引入FDI的力度、行业、合作方式等提供政策建议。

With the gradual implementation of Hainan Free Trade Port Policy,FDI will meet new growth in both scale and industry in Hainan Province.The efficiency and effect of foreign capital utilizationwill be both the index to measure the achievement of the construction of the free trade port in Hainan Province.The efficiency and effect of foreign capital utilization are not only the static influence on the scale and speed of economic growth,but also the dynamic influence of technology spillover effect of FDI on the quality and sustainability of economic growth.This project studies the marginal effects of FDI technology spillovers on economic growth and intra-industry differences in Hainan Province.It will ranks the industry by the inter-industrys effect of FDI technology spillover.At last,it will provides policy suggestions on the strength,industry and cooperation mode of FDI introduction in Hainan Province.
