摘要 随着“大智移云”时代的到来,以数字经济等为代表的新经济成为重要增长引擎,“财务数智化”对人才的素质结构、能力结构、技能结构提出全新要求,传统教学理念和教学方式亟待改革。将OBE理念与财务管理课程建设深度融合,坚持立德树人,以学生为中心,围绕学习成果组织教学,落实“课程思政”建设要求,通过专业知识教育与思想政治教育的紧密结合,采取以项目为中心,学生为主体的“做中学,学中做”CDIO教育模式,丰富教学手段,拓展教学内容,促进学生综合能力的提升。 With the advent of the era of"big wisdom and cloud",the new economy represented by the digital economy has become an important growth engine."Finance digital intelligence"puts forward new requirements for the quality structure,ability structure and skill structure of talents,The traditional teaching concepts and teaching methods need to be reformed urgently.In-depth integration of the OBE concept with the construction of the"Financial Management"course,insisting on morality and cultivating people,taking students as the center,organizing teaching around learning outcomes,implement the requirements for the construction of"course ideology and politics",and through the close integration of professional knowledge education and ideological and political education.Adopt the project-centered,student-centered CDIO education model of"learning by doing,learning by doing",enrich teaching methods,expand teaching content,and promote the improvement of students'comprehensive ability.
