新文科背景下地方本科高校应用型国贸人才培养模式改革研究

Research on the Reform of the Training Mode of Applied International Trade Talents in Local Universities under the Background of New Liberal Arts

教育部启动“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0工程,开始全面推进“新工科”“新医科”“新农科”“新文科”建设。借助新文科建设的契机,改革现有地方本科高校国贸专业人才培养的目标、课程体系、教学方式、教学评价,创新培养模式,将有助于提高国贸专业人才的专业素质和能力,从而提高国贸专业人才的就业竞争力。分析新文科背景下国贸人才的需求变化,研究新文科背景下,现有地方本科高校国贸人才培养中存在的问题,从人才培养定位、课程体系优化、改进教学方法、改善教学环境、加强师资队伍建设等方面综合提出新文科建设背景下地方本科高校应用型国贸人才培养模式改革方案。

The Ministry of Education launched the project 2.0 of the“Six excellences,one top”program,and began to push forward the construction of“New engineering”,“New medical”,“New agricultural”and“New liberal arts”in an all-round way.Taking the opportunity of the new liberal arts construction,we should reform the objectives,curriculum system,teaching methods,teaching evaluation,and innovate the training mode of the talents of international trade in local universities,which will help to improve the professional quality and ability of international trade professionals,thus improving the employment competitiveness of international trade professionals.This paper analyzes the changes of the demand for international trade talents under the background of new Liberal Arts.The paper also studies the problems existing in the cultivation of international trade talents in local universities under the background of new liberal arts.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions of reforming the training mode of applied international trade talents in local universities under the background of new liberal arts from the orientation of talent training,optimization of course system,improvement of teaching methods,improvement of teaching environment,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,etc..
