摘要
通过自由基聚合技术将poly(HEMA-MAGA)颗粒与冰胶结构单体甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)相融合,用于考察对不同离子的吸附性能。采用SEM和FT-IR对poly(HEMA-MAGA)/PHEMA冰胶聚合物的形貌特征和结构组成进行了分析表征。结果表明:所制备的冰胶聚合物对Ag^(+)、Pb^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cr^(3+)的吸附能力分别是50.22、119.84、81.23和28.63 mg/g。其吸附动力学符合拟二阶模型,等温吸附数据可用Langmuir等温线描述(R^(2)=0.941)。7次再生循环后poly(HEMA-MAGA)/PHEMA冰胶聚合物对Ag^(+)、Pb^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cr^(3+)吸附量仍保持原始吸附量的92.8%,有望用于实际生活废水中重金属污染物的选择性吸附分离处理过程。
Poly(HEMA-MAGA)/PHEMA cryogels were prepared by low temperature latex polymerization with hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)and free radical polymerization.The surface morphology of the synthesized poly(HEMA-MAGA)/PHEMA cryogel was detected by SEM and analyzed by FT-IR.The adsorption properties of poly(HEMA-MAGA)/PHEMA cryogel for Ag^(+),Pb^(2+),Zn^(2+) and Cr^(3+) in water were investigated.The results show that the maximum adsorption capacity of this material can be reached 50.22,119.84,81.23 and 28.63 mg/g for Ag^(+),Pb^(2+),Zn^(2+) and Cr^(3+),respectively.The adsorption kinetics are in good agreement with the pseudo-second-order equations,and the equilibrium data can be described by the Langmuir isotherm(R2=0.941).The regeneration performance is still 92.8%of the initial adsorption capacity after 7 cycles.It is expected to be used for selective adsorption separation and treatment of other pollutants in actual domestic wastewater.
