摘要
以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸为单体,采用反相乳液聚合法合成油田压裂用乳液降阻剂,合成过程加入阳离子表面活性剂提高产品的稳定性与水溶性。优化合成条件为:总单体质量分数38%,产物平均相对分子质量在8×10^(6)以上,有效物固体含量在32%左右。现场应用试验表明,0.35%降阻剂配制成的滑溜水降阻率达到65%以上,具有较好的携砂能力。
An emulsion drag reducer for oil field fracturing was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization using acrylamide and acrylic acid as monomers,and cationic surfactants were added to improve the stability and water solubility of the product.After optimizing the ratio of raw materials,reaction conditions and reaction time,the average molecular weight of the product was over 8 million,and the solid content of the active substances was about 32%.The drag-reducing agent can reduce the slick water rate by more than 65%and has a good sand-carrying capacity.The emulsion drag-reducing agent for fracturing shows important application value in oil production in Yumen oilfield.
