C35耐热混凝土的制备与性能测试

摘要 采用P·O水泥、粉煤灰和玄武岩骨料制备了耐热混凝土,其强度等级达到C35、耐热度达到450℃,其烘干强度测试结果不低于设计强度等级、残余强度为57.4%、线变化率为1.31%,均可满足YB/T 4252—2011《耐热混凝土应用技术规程》中的使用要求。随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,耐热混凝土呈现残余强度相对值先增加后降低、线变化率降低的趋势;在适宜掺量范围内,粉煤灰使混凝土的耐热度由<200℃提高到450℃。 The heat-resistant concrete was prepared with ordinary Portland cement,fly ash and basalt aggregate.The compressive strength arrived C35 and the heat-resistance temperature exceeded 450℃,the baked strength exceeded design strength,the residual strength was 57.4%and the expansion rate was 1.31%which requested to the requirements of YB/T 4252—2011"Heat resistant concrete application Technical Specification".With the increase of fly ash content,the relative value of residual strength of heat-resistant concrete increased first and then decreased,and the linear change rate decreased.And fly ash increased the heat-resistance temperature of concrete from<200℃to 450℃in the suitable dosage range.
