摘要
通过正交试验研究P·O水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥、胶粉和减水剂四个因素对自流平砂浆性能的影响规律,得出用作面层和垫层的水泥基自流平砂浆最优配比。根据最优配比制备的水泥基自流平砂浆与相关标准相比:作为面层时,砂浆初始流动度增加了9 mm,1 d抗折和抗压强度分别增加了115%、37%;作为垫层时,砂浆初始流动度增加了10 mm,1 d抗折和抗压强度分别增加了105%、113%。
In this paper,the effects of P·O cement,sulphoaluminate cement,rubber powder and water reducing agent on the properties of self-leveling mortar are studied by orthogonal test,and the optimal ratio of cement-based self-leveling mortar used as surface layer and cushion layer is obtained.Compared with the relevant standards,the cement-based self-leveling mortar prepared according to the optimal ratio increases the initial fluidity of the mortar by 9mm,the 1 d flexural strength and 1 d compressive strength by 115%and 37%respectively when it is used as the surface course,and increases the initial fluidity of the mortar by 10 mm,the 1 d flexural strength and 1 d compressive strength by 105%and 113%respectively when it is used as the bed course.
