摘要
结合工程案例,在桥位附近地面对钢梁进行整体拼装,采用抬吊一次将整跨钢梁吊装就位的施工技术,确保了梁体的吊装精度,减少了交通封闭时间。同时对该技术的工艺特点、工艺原理、关键要点、质量控制等内容进行了系统分析。
In view of this working condition,the steel beams were assembled as a whole on the ground near the bridge position,and then the whole span of steel beams was hoisted into place by lifting and hoisting once to ensure the hoisting accuracy of the beam body and reduce the traffic closure time.Combined with engineering cases,this paper systematically analyzed the construction process characteristics,process principles,key construction operation points,quality control of the technology.
