An Overview of Development of Butadiene Rubber in China

概述我国顺丁橡胶(BR)的发展状况。“十三五”期间,我国BR行业继续呈现产能过剩、新增装置少、产量小幅增长态势,BR供应量和需求量的年均增长率分别为6.2%和5.5%;2021年,我国BR产量约为104万t,较2020年增长1.6%,进口量约为23万t,较2020年下降24%,出口量约为9万t,较2020年增长25%;“十四五”期间,我国将有35万t·a^(-1)新建BR装置投产,稀土BR产能增大将缓解BR同质化现象,高端产品供需平衡差距将进一步缩小。

In this paper,the development of butadiene rubber(BR)in China was summarized.During the 13th Five Year Plan period,China’s BR industry continued to show excesscapacity,few new installations and a small increase in output.The average annual growth rate of BR supply and demand was 6.2%and 5.5%respectively.In 2021,China’s BR output was about 1040000 t,an increase of 1.6%over 2020,the import volume was about 230000 t,a decrease of 24%over 2020,and the export volume was about 90000 t,an increase of 25%over 2020.During the 14th Five Year Plan period,new BR units with the capacity around 350000 t·a^(-1) would be put into operation in China.The increase of rare earth BR production capacity would alleviate the phenomenon of BR homogenization,and the gap between supply and demand of high-end products would be further narrowed.
