基于层次分析法的水库移民安置综合效果评价方法

Comprehensive Effect Evaluation Method of Reservoir Resettlement Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

水库移民安置工作作为水库工程前期政策处理的关键环节,其安置规划编制的合理性和科学性将直接影响到移民安置工作的推进情况。以河下屯水库移民安置工作为例,运用层次分析法对该水库工程移民安置的综合效果进行评价,通过构建符合实际情况的评价体系,进一步开展相关移民回访评估等系列工作。评价数据显示,该水库移民安置总体较好。

As the key link of the early policy treatment of reservoir project,the resettlement work of reservoir will be directly affected by the rationality and scientificity of the resettlement planning.Taking the resettlement work of Hexiatun Reservoir as an example,this paper evaluates the comprehensive effect of resettlement of this reservoir project by using the analytic hierarchy process.By constructing an evaluation system that is in line with the actual situation,and further carrying out a series of related resettlement return visits,the final data shows that the resettlement of this reservoir is generally good.
