摘要
伴随柴油质量升级,柴油加氢装置处理二次加工柴油技术难度增加,常规加氢手段需要更加苛刻工艺。开发一种非加氢与加氢组合技术络合脱氮-加氢精制工艺。以炼油厂真实二次加工柴油馏分为原料,考察柴油络合脱氮-加氢精制组合技术,结果表明,在较缓和工艺条件下可产出硫含量小于10μg·g^(-1)的清洁柴油,且产品芳烃含量明显降低,十六烷值略有提高。与常规加氢技术相比,该技术能耗低,油品精制程度高,装置操作灵活。
With upgrading of diesel oil,it becomes more difficult to treat secondary processing diesel oil in diesel hydrofining units,and conventional hydrogenation method needs more demanding process.A non-hydrogenation and hydrogenation combined technology was developed for complexation denitrification and hydrofining.The technology was tested using off-the-refinery secondary processing diesel oil as the feed.Clean diesel oil with sulfur content less than 10μg/g was produced under mild process condition,with obviously reduced aromatics and slightly increased cetane number.Compared with conventional hydrogenation technology,this technology exhibits lower energy consumption,deeper oil refining degree and flexible operation.
