综合干预措施对改良型中等长度导管穿刺点渗血的影响

Effect of comprehensive intervention measures on bleeding at puncture point of the modified mid-length catheter

目的探讨综合干预措施对改良型中等长度导管穿刺点渗血的影响。方法将南通市第三人民医院神经外科2020年9月至2021年1月置入改良型中等长度导管的患者设为对照组,将2021年2月至2021年6月置入改良型中等长度导管的患者设为试验组。对照组患者的穿刺点常规采用无菌小纱布折叠后压迫于穿刺点2~5 min后加盖透明贴膜,外用自粘绷带常规缠绕加压固定。试验组患者采用综合干预措施,穿刺点使用吸收性明胶海绵与无菌小纱布叠放按压2~5 min后加盖透明贴膜,外用自粘绷带在穿刺点处呈十字交叉加压固定,并再次指压10~15 min。比较两组患者穿刺点发生渗血的持续时间和渗血程度以及患者和家属的满意度。结果试验组患者发生渗血的持续时间短于对照组患者,渗血程度明显轻于对照组患者,满意度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论综合干预措施可以缩短置入改良型中等长度导管患者穿刺点渗血的持续时间,减少渗血程度,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention measures on bleeding at puncture point of the modified mid-length catheter.Methods The patients undergoing insertion of a modified mid-length catheter from September 2020 to January 2021 in our department were selected as the control group,and the patients undergoing insertion of a modified mid-length catheter from February 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the experimental group.In the control group,the puncture point was compressed by a folded sterile gauze for 2~5 minutes and then covered by a transparent protective film,finally it was externally wrapped with a self-adhesive bandage for compression and fixation.In the experimental group,the puncture point was compressed by an absorbable gelatin and a folded sterile gauze for 2~5 minutes,and then covered by a transparent protective film,subsequently,a self-adhesive bandage was externally used at the puncture point for cross-shaped fixation and compression,and the puncture point was compressed again by one finger for 10~15 minutes,finally the patients were given relevant health education.The duration and degree of bleeding at puncture point as well as the satisfaction of patients and their families were compared between the two groups.Results The duration and degree of bleeding at puncture point were significantly lower in the experimental group than the control group,and the satisfaction degree was better in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The comprehensive intervention measures can reduce the duration and degree of bleeding at the puncture point of the modified mid-length catheter,improve the patient satisfaction.
