文章综述糖尿病患者心理性胰岛素抵抗的概念、评估工具、心理性胰岛素抵抗对患者产生的影响和干预措施。建议选取合适的评估工具,着重解决心理性胰岛素抵抗对患者产生的不良影响,采取系统有效的干预措施来缓解糖尿病患者的负面心理体验。

This article reviewed the concept,evaluation tools,influence and intervention measures of psychological insulin resistance on patients with diabetes.It is suggested to select appropriate evaluation tools,focus on solving the adverse effects of psychological insulin resistance on patients,and take systematic and effective intervention measures to alleviate the negative psychological experience of diabetic patients.
