槐耳颗粒对肝癌术后患者肝功能、T淋巴细胞及生存质量的影响

Effect of Huaier Granules on liver function,T lymphocytes and quality of life in patients with liver cancer after operation

目的:研究槐耳颗粒对肝癌术后患者肝功能、T淋巴细胞及生存质量的影响。方法:选取在我院肝胆外科治疗的原发性肝癌手术治疗患者70例作为研究对象,采用配对分组分为T1组(常规西药治疗)35例,T2组(常规西药辅助槐耳颗粒治疗)35例,比较两组患者治疗效果、肝功能、T淋巴细胞水平、生活质量及预后的差异性。结果:T2组患者有效率97.14%高于T1组(χ^(2)=9.549,P=0.048);T1组、T2组患者治疗前肝功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗2月及3个月后T1组、T2组患者ALT、AST均有所改善(P<0.05),与T1组患者相比,T2组患者TBil、TP、ALT及AST水平均降低,Alb水平升高(P<0.05);治疗前T1组和T2组患者T淋巴细胞指标无明显差异,治疗后T2组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于T1组患者(P<005)。治疗前,T1组和T2组患者生活质量评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后T1与T2组患者比较认知功能无明显差异(P>0.05);术后2年,T1组患者生存率低于T2组,但组间比较无显著差异(χ^(2)=1.203,P=0.228)。结论:槐耳颗粒可提高肝癌术后患者治疗有效率及生存率,改善患者肝功能及T淋巴细胞水平,提高患者生存质量。

Objective:To research the influence of Huaier Granules on liver function.The relationship between postoperative T lymphocytes and quality of life after liver problems.Methods:Selected from June 2015 to August 2018 in our hospital,70 patients with primary liver cancer in the inpatient department of hepatobiliary surgery were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the T1 group(conventional western medicine treatment)35 patients and T2(conventional western medicine Adjuvant Huaier Granules treatment)35 cases,compared the differences in treatment effect,liver function,T lymphocyte level,quality of life and prognosis between T1 group and T2 group.Results:The effective rate of the T2 group was 97.14%higher than that of the T1 group(χ^(2)=9.549,P=0.048);the liver function indexes of the T1 and T2 groups before treatment were similar(P>0.05).After two or three months of treatment,the T1 group,ALT,and AST in the T2 group were improved(P<0.05).Compared with the T1 group,the TBIL,TP,ALT,and AST levels in the T2 group were reduced,and the ALB level was increased(P<0.05).There was the interaction between groups and time Effect(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in T lymphocyte indexes between T1 group and T2 group before treatment.After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in T2 group were higher than those in T1 group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the T1 and T2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in cognitive function between the T1 and T2 groups(P>0.05).The scores of other items in the T2 group were higher than those in the T1 group.And the difference is large(P<0.05);2 years after the operation,the survival rate of patients in the T1 group was lower than that in the T2 group,but there was no significant difference between the groups(χ^(2)=1.203,P=0.228).Conclusion:Huaier granule can improve the treatment efficiency and survival rate of patients with liver cancer surgery,and improve the liver function and T lymphocyte level of patients,which is of great significance to the improvement of the quality of life of patients.
