牙龈压板对种植体附着龈增宽的价值

Study on the value of gingival pressure plate on the widening of implant-attached gingiva

目的探讨牙龈压板在种植体附着龈增宽术中的价值。方法以浙江省杭州口腔医院2016年1月-2017年6月收治的30例种植体周围附着龈不足或者缺失需要种植体附着龈增宽术者为研究对象。将入组患者随机分为牙龈压板组和牙周塞治剂组,每组各15例,前者采用牙龈压板辅助附着龈增宽术治疗,后者采用常规种植体周围附着龈增宽手术。观察术前、术后6周、术后半年种植体周角化黏膜宽度(WKM)。结果术后6周、术后半年,两组WKM均较术前增宽,且术后牙龈压板组WKM大于牙周塞治剂组;差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论牙龈压板能够改善种植体周围附着龈宽度,进一步改善口腔种植修复手术的临床效果。

Objective To explore the value of gingival pressure plate in implant-attached gingival augmentation.Methods Thirty patients with insufficient or missing peri-implant attached gingiva who were admitted to Hangzhou Stomatological Hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 and required implant-attached gingival augmentation were selected as the research objects.The enrolled patients were randomly divided into a gingival pressure plate group and a periodontal plug group,15 cases in each group.The former was treated with gingival pressure plate-assisted attached gingival enlargement surgery,and the latter was treated with conventional peri-implant attached gingival enlargement surgery.The width of keratinized mucosa(WKM)around the implant was observed before operation,6 weeks after operation,and half a year after operation.Results At 6 weeks and half a year after operation,the WKM of the two groups was wider than that before operation,and the WKM of the gingival pressure plate group was greater than that of the periodontal plug group after operation;the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The gingival pressure plate can improve the width of the attached gingiva around the implant,and further improve the clinical effect of oral implant restoration surgery.
