摘要本文在分析《保护非物质文化遗产公约》所确定的非物质文化遗产保护的保护、发展、传播三个基本维度的基础上,结合相关政策和实际,探讨加入公约19年来我国非物质文化遗产保护三个基本维度的演进历程,认为我国非物质文化遗产保护经历了传承性保护、创新性发展、参与式传播三个阶段,每个阶段在兼顾三个维度同时对其中某一维度有所侧重,走出了一条有中国特色的非物质文化遗产保护道路。未来,我国非物质文化遗产保护三个基本维度有齐头并进、和谐发展的新需求和新趋势。
