华州至金堆快速通道工程可行性研究分析

Feasibility Study and Analysis of the Huazhou-Jindui Fast Track Project

目前,陕西渭南华州至金堆仅通过国道242线(即金堆专用线)连接,道路等级低,绕行耗时长,缺乏高等级快速通道的衔接。通过分析华州至金堆快速通道的功能定位、项目建设的意义、工程多方案比选、道路沿线重要控制点(穿越五龙山、秦岭;与现状少华山景区、规划钼都矿山公园的衔接)、秦岭生态保护等,认为项目的建设是必要的,且技术可行、经济合理。华州至金堆快速通道项目的建设可行性研究分析,对类似工程具有一定的参考价值。

At present,Huazhou to Jindui is only connected by National Highway 242(i.e.the Jindui special line),which is of a low road grade,the detour takes a long time,and there is no high-grade fast track for connection.After analyzing the Huazhou-Jinduifast track's functional position,constructional significance,scheme comparison and selection,important control points along the way(crossing Wulong mountain and Qinling Mountains;connecting with the current Shaohua mountain scenic spot and the planned Molybdenum Mine Park),ecological protection in Qinling Mountains,etc.,it is considered that the construction of the project is necessary,technically feasible and economically reasonable.The feasibility study and analysis of the Huazhou-Jindui fast track project has a certain reference value for similar projects.
