摘要 为实现路面无人驾驶高效率的智能施工,通过对无人驾驶自动控制技术的研究,提出了无人驾驶智能压实系统的工作流程,并对无人驾驶压路机试验段施工的结构层压实质量进行分析,对试验段进行压实度检测和渗水试验。结果表明:无人驾驶压路机压实轨迹均匀,压实质量均匀,能够取得较优的压实效果,在满足施工要求的同时,达到了高效、高质量、智能施工的目的。 In order to realize the efficient and intelligent construction of unmanned road surface,the work flow of intelligent compactor system of unmanned road surface is put forward based on the research of automatic control technology,the compaction quality of the structure layer of the test section of unmanned road roller was analyzed,and the compaction degree and water seepage test were conducted on the test section.The results showed that the unmanned road roller has uniform compaction track and uniform compaction quality,which can realize excellent compaction effects,and achieve the purpose of efficient,high-quality and intelligent construction while meeting the construction requirements.
