摘要 高层住宅剪力墙混凝土常出现强度不足的质量问题,该文基于工程实例,介绍了加固处理中增大截面法与置换混凝土法的特点,综合建筑使用功能、施工工期、施工难度及过程控制等因素,选择合理的加固方案,并对分段置换过程中引起的应力滞后等关键问题进行细致分析。结果表明,合理的加固方案既能满足建筑的使用功能要求,又能保证结构及施工安全,可在类似工程中参考应用。 Often,high-rise residential building has the quality problem of of insufficient strength in shear wall concrete.Based on an engineering case,this paper introduced the characteristics of the section-increasing method and the concrete replacing method,selected a reasonable reinforcement scheme combined with the factors such as building use functions,construction period,construction difficulties,process control,etc.,and analyzed the key problems in the segmented replacement construction process such as stress hysteresis.The results showed that the reasonable reinforcement scheme can not only meet the functional requirements of the building,but also ensure the structural safety and construction safety,which can be applied in similar projects.
