摘要 针对目前混凝土叠合板存在的弊端,基于纤维水泥板和纤维网水泥板的研究现状,通过将纤维网水泥板作为混凝土叠合板的底板,实现混凝土楼盖板底面免抹灰、免拆模,并且利用其顶面的玄武岩纤维网达到免布设底部钢筋的效果。此外,该文提出的实现纤维网水泥板工业化生产的创新技术,可提高生产效率和施工质量,显著降低加工成本。纤维网水泥板的技术创新将促进混凝土叠合板的广泛应用,进而实现以基于建筑工业化的纤维网水泥板创新技术加快推动城乡建设领域绿色低碳循环发展的进程。 In view of the problems existing in the concrete composite slab,and based on the research status of fiber cement board and fiber mesh cement board,the bottom surface of the concrete floor slab can be free of plastering and formwork removal by using the fiber mesh cement board as the bottom plate of the concrete composite board,and the basalt fiber mesh on the top surface is used to achieve the effect of eliminating the need for bottom reinforcement.Additionally,the innovative technology to realize the industrial production of fiber mesh cement board proposed in this paper can improve the production efficiency and construction quality while dramatically reducing the processing cost.The technological innovation of fiber mesh cement board will facilitate the extensive application of concrete laminated board,thereby realizing the process of promoting the green and low-carbon cycle development in the field of urban and rural construction with the innovative technology of fiber mesh cement board based on building industrialization.
