摘要
本文以检修客车制动系统各部件检修及试验工序过程数据智能采集为突破口,设计了一种通用高效的数据采集、分析平台及远程监控系统。本系统分为两部分:一是以基于嵌入式Linux的多协议网关为对接工业设备的现场采集设备,以消息队列遥测传输(MQTT)协议为传输协议,基于微服务技术搭建微机控制试验台数据监控分析平台;二是以基于数码点阵识别技术的数码点阵笔为对接工业工序过程清单的现场采集设备,以蓝牙标准协议将存储于采集设备中的数据同步到系统服务器中,基于区块链技术搭建系统服务器,保证数据的真实不可篡改性。系统成熟且完整地将既有工业系统中的先进工序和传统工序产生的数据有效收集,为后续的提升和分析提供基础保障,在工业物联网应用中具有非常高的实用价值。
In this paper,a general and efficient data acquisition,analysis platform and remote monitoring system is designed based on the intelligent data acquisition of the maintenance and test process of the components of braking system of vehicles.The system has two parts:one is field acquisition equipment with embedded Linux multi-protocol gateway for docking industrial equipment,MQTT(Message Queuing Telemetry Transmission)protocol as transmission protocol,building microcomputer control test bench data monitoring and analysis platform based on micro-service technology;the other is field acquisition equipment with digital dot matrix pen based on digital dot matrix recognition technology for docking industrial process list.The data stored in the acquisition equipment is synchronized to the system server by Bluetooth standard protocol,and the system server is built based on block chain technology to ensure the authenticity of the data.The system maturely and completely collects the data generated by the advanced processes and traditional processes in the existing industrial system,provides the basic guarantee for the subsequent improvement and analysis and has very high practical value in the application of industrial internet of things.
