无人驾驶背景下的地铁车辆危害日志协作平台研究

摘要 在无人驾驶越来越多应用于地铁项目的背景下,地铁车辆作为无人驾驶技术的核心系统之一,其安全性日益受到各方关注。危害日志是安全风险管理的输出物,其编制和管理工作是车辆制造商RAMS(可靠性、可用性、可维护性及安全性)工作的重要组成部分。本文基于无人驾驶地铁车辆的应用背景,对中车南京浦镇车辆有限公司危害日志原工作流程进行分析诊断,找出当前存在的问题。根据流程优化理念,结合无人驾驶项目开展的经验以及相关标准、规范,提出了一种基于无人驾驶背景下的地铁车辆危害日志协作平台,优化工作流程,提高无人驾驶项目危害日志质量及效率,以最终达到提升安全风险管理水平的目的。 As unmanned driving is increasingly applied in metro projects,metro vehicles,as one of the core systems of unmanned driving technology,have witnessed their safety has received increasing attention from all sides.The hazard log is the output of safety risk management,and its preparation and management are an important part of the RAMS(reliability,availability,maintainability and safety)work of vehicle manufacturers.Based on the application background of unmanned metro vehicles,this article analyzes and diagnoses the original workflow of CRRC Nanjing Puzhen Co.,Ltd.hazard logs to find out the current problems.According to the concept of process optimization,this article proposes a metro vehicle hazard log collaboration platform based on the background of unmanned driving by combining the experience of unmanned driving projects and related standards and specifications.By optimizing the work process,it improves the quality and efficiency of the hazard log of unmanned driving projects,so as to ultimately achieve the goal of improving the level of safety risk management.
