远程开钩系统微机控制研究

摘要 为适应调车机车自动驾驶需求,设计了远程自动开钩系统。该系统由微机控制系统和机车钩缓系统两部分组成。本文介绍了微机控制系统,包括平台的硬件架构及组成、系统的逻辑控制原理、人机交互功能及车钩三态监测功能。经过试验验证表明,设计方案逻辑控制功能稳定、人机交互功能及界面友好、三态监测界面能实时显示车钩运用状态,并可通过颜色搭配和语音播报技术对驾驶员进行提示,完善了机车自动驾驶系统的功能。 In order to meet the requirements of automatic driving of shunting locomotive,a remote automatic uncoupling system is designed.This system is composed of microcomputer control system and locomotive coupler and buffer system.This paper introduces the microcomputer control system,including the hardware architecture and composition of the platform,the logic control principle of the system,man-machine interaction function and three state monitoring function of coupler.The test results show that the design logic control function is stable,human-machine interaction function and interface friendly,the three state monitoring interfaces can display the coupler’s operation state in real time,and can prompt the driver through color collocation and voice broadcast technology,and perfect the function of the automatic driving system of the locomotive.
