摘要
地铁生产中端子与导线的连接工艺以冷压为主,目前冷压端子产品质量的判断方法以制作试件进行耐拉力或截面金相试验为主,检验成本较高,周期较长。本文在接线端子耐拉力试验基础上,结合测量端子变形指标,研究了两者之间的关系,探索出一种适用于日常压接质量检验的方法。试验结果表明地铁接线端子冷压变形指标与耐拉力之间存在着明显的对应关系,可通过测量端子压接后的变形指标,客观地反映压接质量是否可靠。
The connection between terminal and wire in the production of metro vehicles mainly uses cold pressing.At present,the judgment method of the quality of terminals using cold pressing is mainly to make specimen for tensile resistance or section metallographic test,which has high inspection cost and long cycle.In this paper,based on the tensile strength test of terminal and considering the deformation index,the relationship between crimping deformation and tensile strength is studied and a detection method suitable for daily crimping quality inspection is explored.It was found that there is an obvious corresponding relationship between the crimping deformation index and tensile.By measuring the deformation index after terminal crimping,it can objectively reflect whether the crimping quality is reliable.
