With the rise of female infertility,more and more infertile women receive assisted reproductive technology.However,endometrial receptivity is one of the key factors for the success of ART in the assisted reproduction,especially for women undergoing IVF-ET.Therefore,how to improve the endometrial function of infertile women has been a hot and difficult point of discussion.Endometrial mechanical stimulation as an intervention to improve endometrial receptivity to promote embryo implantation has received extensive attention in recent years.This paper discusses in detail the definition,mechanism,current research situation and clinical application of endometrial mechanical stimulation,and a clinical medical case is attached,in order to expound the application value of endometrial mechanical stimulation in the field of assisted reproduction.
