摘要
高校科研人员是创新生态系统中从事探索性、创造性科学研究活动最重要的载体,直接决定了创新生态系统的最终效能。在当前复杂的国际形势背景下,迫切需要激发科研人员创新动力。借助扎根理论,从创新生态的视角下探究高校科研人员创新动力的影响因素,共提取范畴化类属16项、核心范畴4项。确定创新意愿、创新保障、创新环境、创新绩效等四个因素为高校科研人员创新动力影响因素,为提高高校科研人员创新动力提供理论基础。
University researchers are the most important carrier of exploratory and creative scientific research activities in the innovation ecosystem,which directly determines the ultimate efficiency of the innovation ecosystem.Under the current complex international situation,there is an urgent need to stimulate the innovation power of scientific researchers.Based on grounded theory,this paper explores the influencing factors of innovation motivation of university researchers.A total of 16 categorization categories and 4 core categories were extracted.Four factors,namely,innovation willingness,innovation guarantee,innovation environment and innovation performance,are identified as the influencing factors of innovation motivation of University researchers,and provides a theoretical basis for improving the innovation power of scientific researchers in Colleges and universities.
