物理模拟驱油实验水驱采收率平行性影响因素分析

摘要 化学驱是老油田进一步提高采收率的关键技术,室内开展化学驱效果对比,需要在岩心水驱采收率相同或相近的前提下,但由于多种因素的影响,岩心水驱采收率很难做到相近,成为制约室内化学驱配方研制及筛选的重要环节。为了解决岩心水驱采收率的平行性问题,开展了岩心水驱采收率影响因素分析研究。实验结果表明,选择相同润湿性的岩心是水驱采收率平行性的前提条件,随着岩心含油饱和度的提高,水驱采收率波动变小,水驱采收率平行性也越好,不同性质岩心水驱驱替倍数(PV)也不一样,均质岩心和非均质岩心水驱驱替倍数分别为1.5PV和3.0PV时可以保证水驱采收率的平行性。 Chemical flooding is the key technology for further enhancing oil recovery in the old oilfields.The comparison of chemical flooding effect needs the same or similar waterflooding recovery factor.However,due to the influence of many factors,the results of core waterflooding recovery factor aren't similar,which become an important restrictive link of formulation development in laboratory.In order to solve the parallelism problem of waterflooding recovery factor,the influencing factors of waterflooding recovery factor were analyzed.The experimental results showed that the same wettability was a prerequisite for waterflooding recovery factor parallelism,with the increased of core oil saturation,the fluctuation of waterflooding recovery factor becomed smaller,and the parallelism of waterflooding recovery factor was better.The water injection PV number of different cores was different,when the injected PV number was 1.5 PV for homogeneous core and 3.0 PV for heterogeneous core,that could ensure the parallelism of waterflooding recovery factor.
