西南情境下的礼俗多维互动及其社会整合功能——以大理巍山彝族土主文化为中心的考察

Multi-Dimensional Interaction Between Etiquette and Customs and Its Social Integration Function in the Context of Southwest China——An Investigation Centered on Tuzhu Culture of Yi Nationality in Weishan,Dali

中华民族共同体意识的形成过程是各民族文化互动整合的过程,“礼俗互动”拓宽了审视文化互动整合关系的视野。西南情境下的“礼俗互动”具有特殊的边疆形态,呈现出族外与族内、上层与下层、中心与边缘、国家与地方、传统与现代等多维互动的结构模式。在大理巍山彝族土主文化这一典型案例中,“礼俗”的多维互动,不但保证了该区域各历史阶段社会机制内部的脉络畅通,而且在西南边疆由早期族群整合、区域整合、帝国边疆整合到现代民族国家社会整合的进程中亦发挥着重要的促进作用,并由此夯实了中华民族共同体的现实根基。

The notion of the Chinese nation as a community has come into being as a result of the cultural interactions and integration between various ethnic groups.The study of the interaction between etiquette and customs broadens the scope of vision on how such interactions and integration take place.In the context of southwest China,the interaction between etiquette and customs shows a special frontier feature,which displays itself in multi-dimensional forms like interaction inside and outside a particular ethnic group,interaction between the upper stratum and the lower stratum,inter⁃action between the center and the peripheral,interaction between the state and the local authorities,and interaction between the old and the new.In the case of the Tuzhu culture of the Yi in Weishan county of Dali prefecture,such interaction not only ensures the smooth operation of social mechanisms in various historical periods,but also promotes the integration of the ethnic groups,the region,the frontier and the society in modern China as a nation state,which laid a solid foundation for the forma⁃tion of the Chinese nation as a community of all ethnic groups.
