面向公共文化服务的“馆店”融合运营创新发展研究

Study on the Innovative Development of Integrated Operation of Libraries and Bookstores for Public Cultural Services

媒介融合环境下,为了更好地满足人民群众对高质量公共文化服务与多元化阅读的新需求,将新华书店经营优势与图书馆资源优势进行有机结合以创新公共图书馆的经营管理模式,是当前图书馆和新华书店转型升级与融合创新发展的一种有益尝试。这种“馆店融合”实践,不仅具有扎实的理论基础,而且有相关案例经验可借鉴。然而,现阶段馆店融合仍然存在壁垒及模式层面的发展困境。本文在公共阅读空间及共生理论的指导下提出融新服务、新供给、新运营、新面貌于一体的馆店融合创新发展模式,并对其未来创收、引流、评估及示范发展进行展望。

In order to better meet people’s new demand for high-quality public cultural services and diversified reading in the media convergence environment,the organic combination of the advantages of Xinhua bookstores and resources of libraries to innovate the business management model of public libraries is a useful attempt to transform,upgrade and integrate the innovative development of libraries and Xinhua bookstores.This practice of integration of libraries and bookstores not only has a solid theoretical foundation,but also has relevant case experiences to learn from.However,at this stage,there are still barriers and model-level development dilemmas in this integration.This paper proposes an innovative model for the integration of libraries and bookstores that integrates new services,new supplies,new operations,and new outlooks under the guidance of public reading space and symbiosis theory,and provides an outlook on its future development in terms of revenue generation,attraction,evaluation,and demonstration.
