儿童·民族·现代性 :五四思潮影响下的童书出版观

摘要 五四新文化运动开启了中国由传统向现代的文化转型,在这场启蒙运动中,知识分子关注到了久被遮蔽的儿童群体。他们以现代性眼光重新审视儿童阅读,儿童本位出版观由此应运而生。然而,转型期的多重历史使命,导致儿童本位与民族主义、科学主义相互碰撞,在冲突中逐渐偏离了本来的含义。有关于此的论争和实践,反映了时人对儿童由“新人”到“新民”的期许转变,以及启蒙话语在近代中国现代化转型中遭遇的困境。 The May 4^(th) new culture movement initiated the cultural transformation of China from tradition to modernity.In this enlightenment movement,intellectuals paid attention to the long-sheltered group of children.They re-examine children’s reading with modern eyes,and the view of children’s book publishing of child-orientation came into being.However,the multiple historical missions in the transition period lead to the collision of child-orientation,nationalism and scientism,which gradually deviates from the original meaning in the conflict.The controversies and practices on this issue reflects people’s expectation of children’s transformation from“new person”to“new citizen”,and the difficulties the Enlightenment discourse encountered in the modernization transformation of modern China.
