摘要
文章提出了我国速度200 km/h动力集中型动车组的设计目标,分析研究了整车关键技术,并开展顶层技术参数研究。通过对车体轻量化、耐腐蚀性、转向架动力学优化、性能稳定性、智能化制动控制系统、以太网网络控车、车辆气密性提升、大定员双层车等进行分析研究,制定相应技术方案,以保证提升列车的技术先进性及舒适性,同时考虑车辆运行线路及日常运用维护检修需求,充分利用既有机客车资源,借鉴目前动力集中动车组平台技术,按系列化、简统化、零部件统型要求开展方案设计,最终实现一体化作业管理,实现不同厂家产品之间的互联、互通、互控,为后续装备制造提供技术支持,满足普速铁路提速200 km/h的移动装备需求。
The article puts forward the design target of China′s 200 km/h power-concentrated EMUs,analyzes and studies the key technologies of the whole vehicle,and carries out top-level technical parameters research.By analyzing and studying the vehicle body light weight,corrosion resistance,bogie dynamics optimization,performance stability,intelligent brake control system,Ethernet network control,vehicle airtightness enhancement,large capacity double-decker cars,etc.,and formulating corresponding technical solutions to ensure the technical advancement and comfort of the upgraded trains,while considering the vehicle operation lines and daily operation maintenance and inspection needs,and making full use of both organic bus resources.Drawing on the current power centralized rolling stock platform technology,according to the series,simple unified,parts unified type requirements to carry out program design,and ultimately achieve integrated operations management,to achieve interconnection between different manufacturers′products,interoperability,mutual control,to provide technical support for subsequent equipment manufacturing,to meet the general railroad speed 200 km/h mobile equipment needs.
