俄罗斯高速铁路发展概述

Overview of Russian High Speed Railway Development

俄罗斯拥有庞大的铁路运输网络,线路横跨11个时区。但由于基础设施等条件限制,该国家高速铁路的发展节奏相对缓慢。至今俄罗斯的国内线路中,只有一条高铁线,全长仅650 km。随着俄政府对新建项目支持力度的逐步提升,以及修建高铁专线计划的推进,俄罗斯将开展高速铁路建设。俄罗斯铁路公司亦将以此为契机,寻求其机车车辆业务领域的战略转型,其中动力分散型动车组或将成为公司未来的主要发展方向。文章阐述了俄罗斯既有铁路线的概况,对俄罗斯对高速铁路的需求进行了分析,并对俄罗斯高速动车组的运用及发展情况作了介绍及展望。

Russia has a huge railway transit network,its lines across 11 time zones.However,the pace of high-speed rail development in the country is relatively slow due to conditions such as infrastructure.So far there is only one high-speed rail line in Russia,with only 650 km long.With the gradual improvement of the Russian government’s support for new projects and the promotion of the high-speed rail line construction plan,Russia will carry out high-speed rail construction.The Russian Railway Company will also take this opportunity to seek the strategic transformation of its locomotive and vehicle business,in which the power-dispersive EMU may become the main development direction of the company in the future.This paper expounds the general situation of existing railway lines in Russia,analyzes the demand for high-speed railway in Russia,introduces and prospects the application and development of high-speed EMU in Russia.
