摘要
文章系统介绍了稀土钢板材公司运行产销研运一体化管理模式的背景、具体实施过程以及取得的成果,并对运行过程中的重要举措进行了全面的总结。产销研运一体化管理模式的探索与实践,在提高企业生产经营业绩与管理水平等方面均起到了促进作用,同时也为钢铁行业内其他企业推进管理机制改革、提升管理效能提供了借鉴及参考。
In this paper,it is systematacially introduced the background,specific implementation process and achievement for the integrated management mode of production,marketing,research and development and forwarding in Rare Earth Steel Plate Co.as well as comprehensively summarized the important measures in operation process.The exploration and practices on the management mode promote the performance of production and management and management level of enterprise to be improved as well as provide the references for propelling the reform of management mechanism and improving the management efficiency of other enterprises in the iron and steel industry.
