摘要
通过科学的成分设计和合理的冶炼、热轧、酸轧、热镀锌工艺控制,成功开发了具有良好表面质量、冲压成形性、力学性能以及涂装性能的热镀锌超深冲电视机背板用钢。产品的成形性、耐蚀性、性能稳定性及较高级别表面质量控制等均符合用户使用要求。
The hot-dip galvanized extra deep drawing steel for back panel of TV with good surface quality,stamping formability,mechanical properties and paint coating property is successfully developed through scientific composition design as well as reasonable smelting,hot rolling,pickling and hot-dip galvanizing process control.Its formability,corrosion resistance,performance stability and higher level of surface quality control could all satisfy users’requirements.
