网络教学实施团队在国开财务报表分析课程中的应用

Application of Network Teaching Implementation Team in Financial Statement Analysis Course of the Open University of China

随着互联网技术的发展及应用,在现代教育思想和教育理念指导下,网络教学团队已经成为一种主要的教学模式,受到越来越多人的青睐。该文以甘肃广播电视大学财务报表分析网络教学实施团队为例,对国开财务报表、网络教学实施团队建设的必要性、目前的发展现状、存在的问题及其具体的原因进行了分析,提出了网络教学实施团队建设的改进对策:精简形考作业;加大形考作业的辅导比重;加强班主任的督学工作和促学工作;进一步改革课程团队的管理模式及考核办法;强化学生的个性化支持服务工作。

With the development and application of Internet technology,under the guidance of modern educational ideas and educational ideas,network teaching team has become a main teaching mode,which is favored by more and more people.Taking the financial statement analysis network teaching implementation team of Gansu Open University as an example,this paper analyzes the necessity,current development status and existing problems of the financial statement analysis network teaching implementation team construction of the Open University of China,analyzes the specific causes,and puts forward the improvement countermeasures of the network teaching implementation team construction:simplifying the physical examination homework;Increase the proportion of tutoring in form test homework;Strengthen the supervision and promotion of class teachers;Further reform the management mode and assessment methods of curriculum team;Strengthen students'personalized support services.
