摘要
《小儿推拿学》是一门实践性较强的课程,主要根据小儿生理、病理特点,运用不同手法作用于小儿体表穴位达到治疗疾病与保健的目的。因此,小儿推拿手法的练习非常重要。如何提高学生的实践技能,更好地适应临床诊疗需要,该文通过近十年来在笔者学院针灸推拿专业《小儿推拿学》课程实践教学中的积极探索,以“学生为中心”、模块式教学“病案讨论”“校外实习”“微课多媒体教学”等一系列教学法的融入和灵活运用,进行了相应教学创新探索,取得良好的教学效果。
Pediatric Massage is a practical course,mainly according to the physiological and pathological characteristics of children,the use of different techniques on the body surface acupoints in children to achieve the purpose of treating diseases and health care.Therefore,the practice of pediatric massage is very important.How to improve students'practical skills and better meet the needs of clinical diagnosis and treatment?This paper,through active exploration in the practical teaching of Pediatric Massage course of Acupuncture and Massage specialty in our school in the past decade,integrates and flexibly applies a series of teaching methods such as"student-centered",modular teaching,"medical record discussion","off campus practice"and"micro class multimedia teaching",the corresponding teaching innovation exploration has been carried out,and good teaching results have been achieved.
