对高职院校学生来说,其未来的职业发展之路较为明确,但是在未来择业中选择怎样的发展方向,是求学、就业还是自主创业等方面问题,学生还是模棱两可,很难得出明确的结论,因此,职业生涯规划教育对学生来说十分必要。该文着重分析职业生涯规划教育对高职生就业创业的影响,并提出高职职业生涯规划教育的问题和策略。

For higher vocational college students,their future career development path is relatively clear.However,students are still ambiguous about what direction to choose in future career selection,whether it is to study,obtain employment or start their own business.It is difficult to draw a clear conclusion.Therefore,career planning education is very necessary for students.This paper mainly analyzes the influence of career planning education on the employment and Entrepreneurship of higher vocational students,and puts forward the problems and Strategies of career planning education.
