摘要
在基础护理学课程教学中,实训教学占有关键地位,做好实训教学质量的保障及考核评价是教育者关注的重点。传统实训教学考核耗时长,过于强调操作细节,学生学习积极性低,亟待改革。该研究对传统细节式、程序式的教学评价标准进行修订,设立Likert 5级评分法,培养学生的临床思维及自主学习能力,同时引入OSVE智能考评系统,方便教师进行课终考核评价的同时,实现生生互评的常态化与数据化,为推动信息化教学辅助手段的应用及实训评价方法的改革提供参考。
Practical teaching plays a key role in the teaching of Basic Nursing.It is the focus of educators to ensure and evaluate the quality of practical teaching.The traditional practical training teaching assessment takes a long time,overemphasizes the operation details,and the students'learning enthusiasm is low,so it is urgent to reform.This study revised the traditional detailed and procedural teaching evaluation standards,established Likert 5-level scoring method,and cultivated students'clinical thinking and autonomous learning ability.At the same time,OSVE intelligent evaluation system was introduced to facilitate teachers'final evaluation and realize the normalization and digitization of students'mutual evaluation,so as to provide reference for promoting the application of information-based teaching aids and the reform of training evaluation methods.
