基于AHP法的农村三产融合绩效指标体系构建及其测量--以九江市为例

Construction and Measurement of Performance Index System of Three-Industry Integration in Rural Areas Based on the AHP Method——Take Jiujiang City as an Example

基于AHP法构建涵盖2个一级指标、5个二级指标和10个三级指标的农村三产融合绩效评价指标体系,利用2017-2019年宏观统计数据,对九江市农村三产融合水平进行实证测量。研究表明:各级指标权重大小不一,一级指标中的融合效率权重高于融合效果,二级指标权重大小依次是农业产业链延伸、农业多功能性拓展、经济效应、社会效应和农业服务业融合发展;九江市农村三产融合总体水平偏低且发展缓慢,融合效率贡献度高于融合效果,但前者下降后者上升,二级指标除农业产业链延伸测度值连续下降外均呈上升趋势。结合测量结果提出了相应的对策建议。

Based on the AHP method,the performance evaluation index system of three-industry integration in rural areas covering 2 first-level indicators,5 second-level indicators and 10 third-level indicators was constructed.The macro statistical data from 2017 to 2019 were used to empirically measure the level of three-industry integration in rural areas in Jiujiang City.The re⁃search showed that the weights of indicators at all levels were different,and the weight of integration efficiency in the first level was higher than that of integration effect,and the weight of the second level was the extension of agricultural industry chain,the expan⁃sion of agricultural multi-functionality,economic effect,social effect and the integration development of agricultural service indus⁃try.The overall level of three-industry integration in rural areas in Jiujiang was low and the development was slow.The contribution of integration efficiency was higher than that of integration effect,but the former decreased and the latter increased.The secondary indicators showed an upward trend except the continuous decline of the extension value of the agricultural industry chain.Combined with the measurement results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward.
