摘要
课程标准是课程教学、教材编写、课程评价的依据。针对课程标准中存在教学内容与职业岗位能力衔接不紧密、内容缺乏创新、课程思政元素体现不够等问题,以“食品营养与配餐”课程为例,探索“三元”协同开发课程标准的内容与机制,为高职院校课程标准开发提供参考。
The curriculum standard is the basis of curriculum teaching,textbook compilation and curriculum evaluation.In view of the problems existing in the curriculum standards,such as the lack of close connection between teaching content and professional post capacity,the lack of innovation in content,and the insufficient reflection of ideological and political education by curriculum,the course of Food Nutrition and Catering is taken as an example to explore the content and mechanism of three-dimensional cooperative de⁃velopment of curriculum standards,which provides reference for the development of curriculum standards in higher vocational colleges.
