信息技术的发展使整个社会进入了全媒体时代,研究全媒体环境下图书馆所面临的新的工作方式和工作特点,采取智慧服务理念,拓展图书馆服务内容,加强读者宣传和舆论引导,推动图书馆工作人员信息素质提升,是全媒体环境下图书馆开展读者服务的基本思路。

With the development of information technology,the whole society has been into the omni-media era.By studying the new working patterns and working characteristics in the library under the omnimedia environment,this paper puts forwards the basic ideas to serve readers in the library under the omni-media environment,including utilizing the concepts of intelligence service,expanding the service content of the library,strengthening the publicity of reader service and the guidance of public opinion and promoting information quality of library staff.
