改性丙烯酸可剥离去污涂料的制备及性能

摘要 研制了一种以改性丙烯酸为成膜基体的水性可剥离去污涂料,通过添加八钛酸钾晶须及不同种类的螯合剂,提高了可剥离去污涂料的力学性能和去污性能。改性丙烯酸去污涂层经过10000 Gy的60Co源辐照后,各项性能稳定。添加质量分数2%的八钛酸钾晶须后,涂层的断裂伸长率超过500%,撕裂强度为102.8 N/mm,180°剥离强度为0.31 N/mm。在被1 mol/L盐酸严重腐蚀的不锈钢表面,添加氨基多羧基酸盐类螯合剂的涂层对放射性核素241Am的去污效率达到70%;在致密的环氧涂层表面,未加螯合剂的空白组去污效率大于92%,而添加氨基多羧基酸盐类螯合剂后的去污效率达到99%。改性丙烯酸去污涂层固化时间短,能在不同基材表面能连续成膜并完整剥离,耐辐射性能、力学性能、耐化学介质性能、可剥离性能及去污性能都表现优异。 A water-based strippable coating for decontamination was prepared based on modified acrylic acid as binder.The mechanical properties and decontamination performance of the strippable coating were improved by adding potassium octatitanate whiskers and different kinds of chelating agents.The modified acrylic decontamination coating kept stable in every property after being exposed to 60Co irradiation of 10000 Gy.The coating added with 2%(mass fraction)of potassium octatitanate had the following mechanical properties:elongation at break>500%,tear strength 102.8 N/mm,and 180°peel strength 0.31 N/mm.The removal efficiency of 241Am radionuclide from the stainless steel surface corroded severely by 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid reached 70%by using the strippable coating with aminopolycarboxylate-based chelating agent.For the compact epoxy-coated stainless steel surface contaminated with 241Am,the decontamination efficiency was greater than 92%by using the strippable coating without any chelating agent,but reached 99%by using the one with aminopolycarboxylate-based chelating agent.The modified acrylic paint had a short curing time and could form a continuous strippable coating on different substrates with resistance to irradiation and chemical media,good mechanical properties,and high decontamination performance.
