摘要
为了提升高尔夫球车底部焊接类结构件的抗腐蚀能力,实现板与板搭接焊接处间隙的100%涂层覆盖,采用电泳喷塑复合涂层的涂装工艺,介绍了其工艺流程。通过产品焊接前和焊接后两次酸洗磷化处理,使得涂装前能获得良好的表面处理状态。采用阴极电泳加喷塑的涂装方式,使焊接件获得机械性能良好的复合涂层。通过调整漆膜膜厚和电泳底漆固化温度,使复合涂层能够满足ASTM D2794标准对耐冲击性的要求。
A process combining electrophoresis and power coating was adopted to improve the corrosion resistance of welded structural parts at the bottom of golf cart and achieve 100%coating coverage on the gap formed by lap welding.The process flow was introduced.Through pickling and phosphating before and after welding,a good surface treatment state could be obtained prior to coating.A composite coating with good mechanical properties could be obtained by cathodic electrophoretic and electrostatic spraying.The impact resistance met the requirement of ASTM D2794 standard after adjusting the total coating thickness and curing temperature of electrophoretic primer.
