我国城市群科技创新与经济发展耦合协调关系研究——以国内五大城市群为例

Research on the Coupling Coordination Relationship between Scientific and Technological Innovation and Economic Development in My Country's Urban Agglomerations--Taking the Five Major Urban Agglomerations in China as An Example

摘要 通过构建科技创新与经济发展综合指标体系,基于2013—2019年13个省市的面板数据,利用熵权法及耦合协调模型,分析城市群科技创新与经济高质量发展耦合协调度及其区域差异。结果表明:城市群科技创新水平与经济发展水平在区域之间以及区域内部均存在一定差异,科技创新发展滞后于经济增长;多数城市群科技创新与经济增长达到高级耦合阶段,但协调度不高。基于此,提出提高科技创新投入产出水平、优化科技创新环境、推动区域科技创新协同发展的对策,以期推动我国科技创新与经济进一步协调发展。 Based on the panel data of 13 provinces and cities from 2013 to 2019,the coupling coordination degree and regional differences between scientific and technological innovation and high-quality economic development in urban agglomerations were analyzed by constructing a comprehensive index system of scientific and technological innovation and economic development.The results showed that there were some differences in the level of scientific and technological innovation and economic development in urban agglomerations,and the development of scientific and technological innovation lags behind the economic growth.Scientific and technological innovation and economic growth in most urban agglomerations had reached a high-level coupling stage,but the coordination degree was not high.Based on this,this paper put forward some development countermeasures,such as improve the input and output level of scientific and technological innovation,optimize the environment for scientific and technological innovation,and promote the coordinated development of regional scientific and technological innovation,in order to promote the further coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation and economy in China.
