摘要 以兰州鸿运润园A16号综合楼工程为研究对象,提出一种用于锚杆与底板连接处的柔性防水装置及其施工方法。该设计结构合理,通过设置壳体止水钢板来阻止压力水的渗入,弥补锚杆穿透防水层造成防水能力减弱的不足,增强防水效果;防水层、壳体止水钢板及柔性防水油膏形成三道防水防线,保证防水的效果,有效解决锚杆与底板连接处易渗水的难题。 Taking the A16 complex building project of Hongyun runyuan in Lanzhou as the research object,a flexible waterproof device and its construction method for the connection between bolt and bottom plate are proposed.Its structure is reasonable,and the shell water stop steel plate is set to prevent the infiltration of pressure water,so as to make up for the deficiency of weakening the waterproof capacity caused by bolt penetrating the waterproof layer and enhance the waterproof effect.The waterproof layer,shell water stop steel plate and flexible waterproof ointment form three waterproof lines to ensure the waterproof effect and effectively solve the problem of easy water seepage at the connection between anchor rod and bottom plate.
