装配式建筑施工技术质量问题的防范及对策研究

PREVENTION AND COUNTERMEASURES OF TECHNICAL QUALITY PROBLEMS IN PREFABRICATED BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

当前装配式建筑在建筑行业已广泛应用,能推动建筑行业向着新的方向发展。在装配式建筑施工过程中,需要使用到较多的施工技术,对施工技术要点进行把控,才能够保证装配式建筑的施工质量。基于此,分析装配式建筑的发展优势,对装配式建筑施工过程中所需使用的技术进行阐述,以期能够提高技术应用效果,保证建筑施工质量。

At present,prefabricated buildings have been widely used in the construction industry,which can promote the development of the construction industry in a new direction.In the construction process of prefabricated buildings,more construction technologies need to be used,and the key points of construction technology need to be controlled in order to ensure the construction quality of prefabricated buildings.Based on this,this paper analyzes the development advantages of prefabricated buildings,and expounds the technologies needed in the construction process of prefabricated buildings,in order to improve the application effect of technology and ensure the construction quality.
