摘要
为实现爬架变角度倾斜,研究开发了变角度倾斜板式支座,结合济南4-14地块项目1号主楼项目,采用ANSYS有限元软件对变角度倾斜板式支座的应力和变形情况进行了模拟分析。分析及应用结果表明:变角度倾斜板式支座应力及变形均符合规范要求。研究成果可为同类型倾斜爬架的应用提供借鉴。
In order to realize the variable-angle inclination of the climbing frame,the variable-angle inclined plate bearing was researched and developed.Combined with the 1#main building project of the Jinan 4-14 plot project,the stress and deformation of the variable-angle inclined plate bearing were analyzed by ANSYS finite element software.Simulation analysis.The analysis and application results show that the stress and deformation of the variable-angle inclined plate bearing meet the requirements of the specification.The research results can provide reference for the application of the same type of inclined climbing frame.
