福州路209号高院大楼1994年被列为上海市第二批优秀历史建筑,通过调查建筑保护要求、建筑风格、房屋损坏状况、材料检测、变形测量、结构构造和抗震能力分析评估,判断房屋整体综合质量,为优秀历史建筑的修缮保护提供技术依据,并为类似优秀建筑检测提供经验。
The high court building at No.209 Fuzhou road was listed as the second batch of excellent historical buildings in Shanghai in 1994.Through the investigation of building protection requirements,architectural style,house damage,material detection,deformation measurement,structure and seismic capacity analysis and evaluation,the overall comprehensive quality of the house is judged,which provide technical basis for the repair and protection of excellent historical buildings,and provide experience for the inspection of similar excellent buildings.
